Online Simulation Training Programs
Many health professionals report having little time, training, tools, and treatment resources to conduct screening and brief interventions for adolescents’ use of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs. These online simulation training programs are designed with those barriers in mind.
Produced in partnership with Kognito, SBI with Adolescents and SBI with Adolescents: Comorbid Substance Use and Mental Health are two state-of-the-art conversation simulations designed to prepare health professionals to screen young patients for substance use and mental health concerns, conduct brief interventions using evidence-based principles of motivational interviewing, and, when necessary, refer patients to further support.
